Rules and Safety Guidelines

Welcome to Trailblaze USA! We are excited to provide you with an exhilarating off-road experience. To ensure a safe and enjoyable adventure for everyone, we kindly ask you to read and abide by the following rules and safety guidelines:

1. Age and Licensing: You must be 25 to rent a UTV from us. All drivers must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license.

2. Safety Gear: For your safety, it is mandatory to wear seat belts while in motion. Close toe shoes are suggested to all passengers. Trailblaze USA will have helmets available but will not require them to be worn. If not returned a fee will apply.

 

3. Vehicle Operation: Please follow all instructions and guidelines provided by our staff during the equipment orientation. Always operate the side-by-sides at a safe and controlled speed, taking into consideration the terrain, weather conditions and your experience level. No Jumping or donuts allowed in Trailblaze USA equipment. Failure to comply will cause the remainder of your time to be canceled with no refund. NO WARNINGS WILL BE ISSUED. 

4. Passenger Policy: Our side-by-sides are designed to accommodate a specific number of passengers. Please do not exceed the maximum passenger limit to ensure safe vehicle operation.

5. Alcohol and Substance Use: The consumption of alcohol or any intoxicating substances is strictly prohibited before and during your off-road adventure. Trailblaze USA reserves the right to refuse service to anyone suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

 

6. Stay on Designated Trails: Crossbar Offroad Park has designated trails for off-road use. Please stay on these marked trails at all times and avoid venturing off the designated paths to preserve the natural environment and ensure your safety. 

7. Respect Wildlife and Nature: While enjoying your off-road experience, please respect the wildlife and natural surroundings. Do not disturb or harm any plants or animals during your adventure.

8. Environmental Protection: Help us protect the environment by disposing of trash properly and respecting any posted environmental guidelines. Let's leave the park as beautiful as we found it.

9. Emergency Procedures: In case of an emergency or accident, remain calm and contact our staff immediately. We will provide you with the necessary assistance and support.

10. Weather Conditions: Off-roading is weather-dependent. If weather conditions become unsafe, Trailblaze USA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule your reservation. We prioritize your safety above all else.

11. Liability Waiver: Before embarking on your off-road adventure, all participants will be required to sign a liability waiver. This document ensures that you understand and accept the inherent risks associated with off-roading.

12. Follow Staff Instructions: Our staff is here to ensure your safety and enjoyment. Please follow their instructions at all times and ask any questions you may have.
