How it works

Reserve a UTV: Book your preferred date and time on Trailblazeusa.com. If you choose to book both AM and PM sessions on the same day there is no need to return the UTV between the sessions giving you an extra two hours of ride time.

 

Check in at park office: We are not part of Crossbar Ranch Offroad Park so you MUST stop in to check in at the office to pay park entry fee and sign the park waiver.

Meet at the Trailblaze USA trailer: Please arrive an hour before the scheduled time to sign rental agreement, waivers and attend a riders orientation meeting. 

 

Enjoy your ride! Drive within your experience and comfort level at all times. Be aware the trails change with weather and traffic conditions. We always suggest riding with at least one additional vehicle in case of emergency.

Return to the Trailblaze USA trailer: Check in UTV at the end of the session. It’s recommended to start heading back to the trailer at least 45 minutes or more before the end of the rental time depending on your location and how familiar you are with the park.  (Do not rush back to the front and alway observe the speed limits on the main road!)

Things to Know

While every attempt will be made to provide a clean UTV to all parties, please understand that off-roading is dusty when it's dry and muddy when it's wet. The trail conditions will dictate the condition of the rentals. (Appropriate clothing is recommended.)

When renting a UTV from Trailblaze USA you are responsible for any damage resulting from your ride.

Deposit is required for all rentals. When signing paperwork at the trailer a $1,500 deposit is required to be paid and held until the UTV is returned without damage. (Deposit refund can take 3 to 5 business days depending on your banking institution) 

 
Renter agrees to pay any and all damage to the machines, property or other vehicle 100% at the renter’s expense. If damage is more than the deposit then the Renter agrees to pay in full or make payment arrangement within 30 days.

 

I only have the 2 machines showing on the bookings pages no replacement UTV will be available if damage occurs. If repairs can be made onsite they will be, however, if UTV is unrepairable the rest of your time will be forfeited with no refund. 

 

If damage occurs during a rental session before your booking making the UTV undriveable we will contact you as soon as possible via call or text to make arrangements to reschedule or apply a refund for your reservation.
